2 column fixed width, centred layout with equalising columns with 100% initial height that will work in ie5 mac and more modern browsers

The effect is produced by using quirks mode in ie5 mac so that an initial 100% height can be used. As mac won't expand pass the 100% mark and doesn't understand min-height we nest an inner container that is allowed to overflow pass the 100% mark. The macinner container also has the background image applied to it the same as the outer container to complete the equalising effect.
